The registration fees includes the following:
- Full access to the conference
- Conference proceedings
- Conference accessories
- Lunch and two tea-breaks on two days
The registration fees do not include accommodation and/or travel expenses.
All payments must be made by 31st July 2025 (early registration).
Refund Policy
If participants wish to cancel their participation in the conference, registration fees will be refunded subject to the deduction of a $100 administration fee. The deadline to request for a refund is 31st August 2025.
