Professor (Dr) Dilip Kumar Sharma is B.E.(CSE), M.Tech. (CSE) and Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad, India. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, ACM, and CSI. He is a Fellow of IE and IETE. Presently he is working at GLA University, Mathura, in the capacity of Dean of International Relations and Academic Collaborations since June 01, 2022, and Chairperson, DRDC and Senior Professor in the Computer Engineering & Applications Department. Previous to it, he served in the capacity of Associate Dean (Academic Collaborations), GLA University from 22 June, 2019 to 31 May, 2022. He facilitated the signing of more than 200 MoUs/ Academic Collaborations in the last six years with acclaimed institutions, academia, and research centers – Nationally and Internationally along with renowned government agencies, bodies, and corporate entities.

He is working as a Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering & Applications, GLA University Mathura, from March 27, 2003, to till now. He has delivered/chaired more than 150 invited talks/guest lectures and chaired technical sessions at various institutes/conferences, internationally and nationally. Currently, he is working as PI/Co-PI of three Government-funded research projects worth Rupees 27.06 Lacs. His google scholar citations are more than 1770. His Google Scholar H index is 19, and his i-10 index is 54. He has edited 07 Books published by reputed publishers. He has published more than 215 research papers in International Journals /Conferences of repute indexed in SCI, Scopus and DBLP databases and participated in 60 International/National conferences.  He has published 06 Indian patents. Also, he provides consultancy services. He has attended 41 short-term courses/workshops/seminars organized by various esteemed originations and worked as a Guest Editor of International Journals of repute. He has organized more than 30 IEEE/CSI International/National Conferences and Workshops in the capacity of General Chair, Co-General Chair, Convener, Co-convener etc. He has been conferred with the prestigious Significant Contribution Award by the Computer Society of India, apex body in this field in the years 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2017. Additionally, he is the recipient of IEEE U.P. Section 2018 Outstanding Volunteer Award presented at the IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section Annual General Meeting held on January 19, 2019 at IIT Kanpur, India. Also, he has visited Sri Lanka, Belgium, Netherlands, Singapore, Malaysia, Mala, Italy, Switzerland, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau, Nepal, Dubai, UAE in connection with academic pursuits. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Taylor’s University Malaysia, STIKOM University Indonesia, and INSTIKI University Indonesia. He is the past Vice-Chairman/ Secretary/ Joint Secretary of IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section India. He is the Past Chairman of the Computer Society of India, Mathura Chapter.

His research interests are Machine Learning, Fake news Detection, Web Information Retrieval, Data Mining, Data Science, and Software Engineering. He has guided 9 PhD and 25 Master of Technology Thesis projects and oversaw various seminars undertaken by the students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Currently, he is guiding 09 PhDs and a numbers of M Tech thesis, Seminars, and B Tech Projects.

Dr Indranarain RAMLALL is presently an Associate Professor in the field of Finance and Economics at the University of Mauritius. Prior to joining the University, he was a Banker, Fund Manager and Central Banker. His research interests include banking, risk management, financial stability, central banking, asset pricing, DSGE macroeconomic modeling, climate risk analysis, investment analysis, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, CGE modeling, quantitative techniques/econometric modeling and Green Finance. His publications appear among Palgrave Macmillan, Emerald Group Publishing, Elsevier (including A-rated journals), Wiley-Blackwell, Taylor and Francis, SAGE and World Scientific. He is the founder of Central Bank Ratings, published in two editions by Palgrave Macmillan. He is also an Associate Editor for the Journal of African Business (Taylor & Francis) and South African Journal of Economics (Wiley-Blackwell), respectively.

Dr Lossan Bonde is a PhD holder since 2006 from the University of Science and Technologies of Lille, France. He currently serves as the Dean of the School of Postgraduate Studies, and Programme Coordinator of the Master of Science in Applied Computer Science at the Adventist University of Africa. Before joining the Adventist University of Africa, he works at “Université Adventiste Cosendai” from 2007 to 2016 where he served as the dean of the school of Business and Computer Science. His research interests are in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, and Cybersecurity. He has published over 20 articles in peer-reviewed journals, conferences, and book chapters. He attended and participated in several international research conferences as attendee, presenter, speaker, and session chair.
